欧阳光辉，艺名阳光辉，1949年生，广西靖西市人，1968年参军。现为中华人民共和国文化部高级书法家，书法评审，中国书法家协会会员，中国管理科学研究院经济论坛专家委员会书法艺术专家。中国当代榕根书画创始人。中国艺术家书画研究会理事。中国楹联学会会员。香港中国书法家协会理事。福建省孝善书画艺术研究院院长。山东曲阜鸿儒书画院副院长。

2005年联合国成立60周年，世界华人书画艺术盛典中荣获“金奖”称号。

2005年六月首届“扬州八怪”杯全国书：画大展赛中，作品被主办单位永久收藏。

2006年参加香港国际拍卖有限公司中国当代实力派书画拍卖专场。

2008年《中华魂》桂台港澳书画名作品展。

2008年南疆杯庆祝广西壮族自治区成立五十周年中国书画名家精品提名展，优秀作品集。

Ouyang Guanghui, stage name Sunshine Hui, born in 1949 in Jingxi City, Guangxi, joined the army in 1968. I am currently a senior calligrapher of the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China, a calligraphy reviewer, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and a calligraphy art expert of the Economic Forum Expert Committee of the Chinese Academy of Management Sciences. Founder of contemporary Chinese Ronggen calligraphy and painting. Director of the Chinese Artists Painting and Calligraphy Research Association. Member of the Chinese Couplet Association. Director of the Hong Kong Chinese Calligraphers Association. Dean of Fujian Xiaoshan Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute. Vice President of Hongru Calligraphy and Painting Academy in Qufu, Shandong.

In 2005, on the 60th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations, it was awarded the title of "Gold Award" at the World Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art Festival.

In the first "Yangzhou Eight Eccentrics" Cup National Book and Painting Exhibition in June 2005, the works were permanently collected by the organizing unit.

In 2006, participated in the China Contemporary Elite Calligraphy and Painting Auction Special Session organized by Hong Kong International Auction Co., Ltd.

2008 "Chinese Soul" Exhibition of Famous Calligraphy and Painting Works from Guangxi, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao.

In 2015, the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China was in charge of national level cultural core journals and commemorative philatelic collections.

In the 2016 National Famous Calligraphers and Painters Exhibition commemorating the 123rd anniversary of Chairman Mao's birth, he won the "Gold Award".

The 2020 book collection (Chinese Art Role Models) was co published by Ouyang Zhongshi, Fan Di'an, Fan Zeng, Shen Peng, and others.

The list of co publishers of the 2021 book collection (the first batch of historical and cultural inheritors of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China) includes Sun Xiaoyun, Fan Di'an, Su Shishu, and others.

In 2021, it was launched as a calligraphy art expert newspaper by the United Nations Daily special issue.

Published in 2021 (sponsored by the Chinese Artists Association) to inherit Chinese culture. Civilization and art, serving the global Chinese and overseas Chinese. This magazine presents to deputies to the National People's Congress, CPPCC members, provincial and ministerial leaders, signed Chinese leaders, artists, scientists, educators, and ambassadors of 100 countries to China.
