高晔，本名高晔芸，1947年生，浙江青田人。画家、作曲家。现为中国音乐家协会会员，浙江省女花鸟画家协会副主席，现顾问。浙江省慈善联合总会理事，吴山明美术馆名誉馆长。原浙江省国画家协会常务理事，浙江省国际美术交流协会副主席，现顾问，吴茀之艺术研究会理事，央广文旅形象交流大使。

出版有《高晔“兰竹”技法》、龙泉青瓷绘画作品：《墨彩瓷青》《水秀山青》等由上海书画出版社、浙江人民美术出版社、西冷印社出版社、中国美院出版社等出版。《兰竹》四条屏入选文化部在中国美术馆举办的“1996年四届世界妇女大会百名杰出女画家画展”。2018参加纪念文同诞辰一千年，墨竹《乾坤清气》收藏于杭州国画院。

音乐作品：1993年~1995年谱写《琵琶行》《春江花月夜》《桃源行》《蜀道难》四首唐诗和《望海潮》《雨霖铃》《水调歌头》《满江红》等十六首宋词。与浙江电视台合作拍摄的音乐电视《宋词新韵》获广电部1997、1998、1999年大奖。2003年由浙江歌舞总团担任演出的在浙江音乐厅举办的《唐风宋韵》大型交响合唱音乐会。2005年由浙江大学文琴艺团演出，为浙江大学建校108週年校庆举办《宋词新韵》大型交响合唱音乐会。为百集电视短片《共和国之最》《开国英雄》《世纪回眸》及《徐霞客游记》谱写主题曲。

Gao Ye, real name Gao Yeyun, born in 1947, is from Qingtian, Zhejiang. Painter and composer. I am currently a member of the Chinese Musicians Association, Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Women's Flower and Bird Painters Association, and a consultant. Director of Zhejiang Charity Federation and Honorary Director of Wu Shanming Art Museum. Former Executive Director of the Zhejiang National Artists Association, Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang International Art Exchange Association, current Advisor, Director of the Wu Fuzhi Art Research Association, and Ambassador for Cultural and Tourism Image Exchange at CGTN.

Published works include "Gao Ye's' Lan Zhu 'Technique" and Longquan Celadon Paintings such as "Ink Colored Porcelain Blue" and "Water Beautiful Mountain Green", which are published by Shanghai Calligraphy and Painting Publishing House, Zhejiang People's Fine Arts Publishing House, Xiling Printing Press, China Academy of Fine Arts Publishing House, and others. The four screens of "Lan Zhu" were selected for the "1996 Four World Women's Congress Hundred Outstanding Female Painters Exhibition" held by the Ministry of Culture at the National Art Museum of China. In 2018, to commemorate the 1000th anniversary of Wen Tong's birth, the ink bamboo painting "Qian Kun Qing Shui" was collected at the Hangzhou Chinese Painting Institute.

Musical works: From 1993 to 1995, he composed four Tang poems, including "Pipa Xing", "Spring River Flower Moonlight", "Taoyuan Xing", "Shu Road Difficult", and sixteen Song poems, including "Watching the Tide", "Raining Bells", "Water Melody", and "Man Jianghong". The music TV series "Song Ci Xin Yun" produced in collaboration with Zhejiang Television won awards from the Ministry of Radio and Television in 1997, 1998, and 1999. The large-scale symphonic choir concert "Tang Feng Song Yun" performed by Zhejiang Song and Dance Troupe at Zhejiang Concert Hall in 2003. In 2005, a large-scale symphonic choir concert titled "Song Ci Xin Yun" was held by the Zhejiang University Wen Qin Art Troupe to celebrate the 108th anniversary of the founding of Zhejiang University. Write theme songs for the 100 episode TV short films "The Republic's Greatest", "Founding Heroes", "Century Review", and "Xu Xiake's Travels".
