谢绍国，男，汉族，1970年7月生，中国湖北人，大学中文系毕业。现为国家小学高级教师，世界杰出华人、国际华人。社会主要兼职:中国作家、德艺双磬艺术家，中国战略储备人才数据库高级研究员、中国科技辉煌网理事、中国科技研究交流中心理事、中国中外名人文化研究会高级会员、中国管理科学研究院学术委员会特约研究员、香港现代文化艺术研究院荣誉院士、中国国际专家学者联谊会会员、世界文化艺术研究中心理事、中国国际教育电视台特邀艺术顾问、搜星中国2025年中学生频道中秋联欢晚会特邀艺术家、2026年中国骁娃闹新春春节联欢晚会特邀艺术家；受邀而未担任的社会职务:686个编辑部特邀编委与名誉主编、中国教育家协会会员、中国科学家协会会员、中国书画人才研究会副会长，日本东京画院院士......

祖上农民，自幼勤奋(6岁开始料理家务)，身为清贫兄长，爱好广泛(酷爱唱歌，表演文艺节目):历经风吹雨打，享受酸甜苦辣，自觉遵规守纪，处事正诚为本。小学学习期间6次荣获优等学生称号，连任班长，每学期皆被评为“三好学生”和优秀学生干部;三年初中学习中连任班长兼学习委员、生活委员等，连续被学校评为“三好学生”和优秀学生干部(13岁特别加入中国共产主义青年团组织):在高中、中专、大学学习成绩优异，品质表现出色《(连任学习委员兼语文课代表等)，得到老师和同学的称赞。高中一毕业就在本村教学点及中河村、古峰村、瓦沧乡中坝中心小学任教(1982年一一1994年):94年秋至2000年春在瓦沧乡中心学校任教:2000年秋至2007年春在桃源乡核桃园中心小学、厚白中心小学任五、六年级主课及六年级班主任，兼管师生伙食及学校政教等工作:2007年秋至今在桃源乡中心学校从事后勤服务工作:由于我所任教学校，不少学生家庭经济贫困，送子女入学经济困难。

为保证孩子个个入学，人人学到过硬的本领，长大后为我国科技事业贡献力量。88年一95年我省吃俭用，用我微薄的民师工资为竹溪县原瓦沧乡崎峪河村贫困学生:段玉珍(段升权之女)、周荣(周银学之女)、张武(张德贵之子)、王京梅(王富清之女);原瓦沧乡中河村陶俊俊(陶敏之子)等20余名困难学生垫付学杂费用3896.48元人民币(相当于现在8000元左右人民币)。潜心研究《教育学》、《心理学》、《动植物学》、《经营管理学》。多种动物的科学养殖、植物种植、法律等知识，在实践中积累了丰富的经验。我83年在山区亲手建鱼池0.4余亩试探养鱼成功(后扩建为1.5余亩)。由乡党委书记余以才(现竹溪县监察局局长)，乡长袁天海(现竹溪县经贸委主任)推举，乡党委副书记张大华(现竹溪县检查院党委书记)供稿:题为“瓦沧乡民办教师谢绍国在大山区试探养鱼成功”。

经县广播电台广播后，县科委按每立方米10元人民币计算共奖给我现金3000元人民币予以鼓励(相当于现在7000元左右人民币):为带领乡亲发展养鱼事业，我将此奖全部献给养鱼户购买鱼苗，并利用工作之余义务为养鱼农户做科学养鱼技术辅导:为促进当地群众早日奔富路，大力发展科学养猪事业。义务为原瓦沧乡崎峪河村养猪户:沈绍芝、赵明华、崔广明、郭仕荣、张德贵、刘远菊、瓦沧乡中学、桃源乡教师王秀珍等单位农户配制优质科学养猪混合饲料共计20余吨，为农产节约资金80000余元人民币(我所配制的优质猪混合饲料造价含驱虫、健胃等药物，不足0.8元人民币，现在市场上购颗粒饲料每市斤3元，我所配制的优质科学养猪混合饲料每市斤为农户节约现金2元以上)。特别是一字不识的沈绍芝，经我细心指导怎样科学养猪后，连续10余年，年年出栏大肥猪三头以上，每头净肉均在540斤以上......

一直从事贫困大山区第一线育人工作的我，经历民师10年，转为公办教师(期间中师函授学习3年，广电函大学习两年)，诚然是在艰苦的环境中成长起来的:在育人实践中多次被评为乡、县等优秀(先进)教师;90年代末开始作品创作，发表的作品《中外名人颂扬毛泽东》之感言、献言、寄语10余首多次被毛泽东思想学术研究会评为好作品优秀奖及好作品一等奖等;答决策者·和谐建设专题部记者问编入大型纪实文献一一《和谐中华一一构建和谐社会的楷模》人物风采卷一书;格言与诗词15首在第八届中国世纪大采风征文中获银奖;另有格言被《中华名人格言》专家评审委员会评为好作品特等奖且发往全世界指导人类实践:2007至2008年年度考核工作总结被共和国杰出贡献人物组委会评为好作品一等奖等;《人格优化始于小学》、《怎样指导学生自行获取知识》皆获国际学术二等奖论文;《“弘扬和谐时代精神，展示英模人物风采”2007年时代英模当代中国最具社会影响力英模人物‘五一’表彰座谈会发言稿》被评为国际金奖:中华人民共和国成立60周年献言、诗词被中共党史人物研究会等评为优秀作品等奖;

My ancestors were farmers who were diligent since childhood (starting to take care of household chores at the age of 6). As a poor older brother, I have a wide range of hobbies (such as singing and performing artistic programs): I have experienced wind and rain, enjoyed the ups and downs of life, consciously followed rules and regulations, and handled things with honesty and integrity. During my primary school studies, I was awarded the title of Excellent Student 6 times, re elected as class monitor, and was named a "Three Good Student" and excellent student leader every semester; During the three-year junior high school study, he was re elected as the class monitor, study committee member, and life committee member. He was continuously rated as a "Three Good Student" and an excellent student cadre by the school (at the age of 13, he joined the Communist Youth League of China organization). He achieved excellent academic performance and quality in high school, vocational school, and university (re elected as a study committee member and Chinese class representative), and was praised by teachers and classmates. From 1988 to 1995, I lived frugally and used my meager salary as a civil servant to support impoverished students in Qiyuhe Village, Yuanwacang Township, Zhuxi County: Duan Yuzhen (daughter of Duan Shengquan), Zhou Rong (daughter of Zhou Yinxue), Zhang Wu (son of Zhang Degui), and Wang Jingmei (daughter of Wang Fuqing); More than 20 disadvantaged students, including Tao Junjun (son of Tao Min) from Zhonghe Village in Yuanwacang Township, advanced 3896.48 yuan in tuition and miscellaneous expenses (equivalent to about 8000 yuan now).

Devote oneself to researching "Education", "Psychology", "Botany", and "Business Management". We have accumulated rich experience in scientific breeding of various animals, plant cultivation, law, and other related knowledge through practice. I personally built a fish pond of over 0.4 acres in the mountainous area in 1983 and successfully tested fish farming (later expanded to over 1.5 acres). After being broadcasted by the county radio station, the county science and technology commission rewarded me with a cash prize of 3000 yuan (equivalent to about 7000 yuan now) calculated at 10 yuan per cubic meter. In order to lead my fellow villagers in developing fish farming, I dedicated all of this prize to fish farmers to purchase fish fry and provide scientific fish farming technology guidance in my spare time. In order to promote the early development of scientific pig farming for local people, I will vigorously develop the scientific pig farming industry.

The obligation is to prepare more than 20 tons of high-quality scientific pig breeding mixed feed for farmers in Qiyuhe Village, Wencang Township, including Shen Shaozhi, Zhao Minghua, Cui Guangming, Guo Shirong, Zhang Degui, Liu Yuanju, Wencang Township Middle School, and Taoyuan Township teacher Wang Xiuzhen. This has saved more than 80000 yuan in agricultural funds (the cost of the high-quality pig breeding mixed feed I prepared includes deworming, stomach strengthening and other drugs, which is less than 0.8 yuan). Currently, purchasing pellet feed on the market costs 3 yuan per catty, and the high-quality scientific pig breeding mixed feed I prepared saves farmers more than 2 yuan in cash per catty). Especially for Shen Shaozhi, who doesn't know a word, after my careful guidance on how to scientifically raise pigs, she has been producing at least three large fat pigs every year for more than 10 years, with each pig weighing over 540 pounds of clean meat .....

As someone who has been engaged in frontline education work in poverty-stricken mountainous areas, I have worked as a civil teacher for 10 years before becoming a public teacher (during which I studied correspondence courses for 3 years at a normal school and 2 years at a radio and television university). It is true that I grew up in a difficult environment: I have been repeatedly rated as an outstanding (advanced) teacher in rural and county education practices; Starting from the late 1990s, he began to create works and published over 10 pieces of "Reflections, Offerings, and Messages from Chinese and Foreign Celebrities Praising Mao Zedong".
